1 cup plain whole milk greek yogurt (or avocado if dairy-free)

1 cup fresh chopped herbs (I like mix of basil, parsley, cilantro)

1 clove garlic, minced or crushed

1/2 lemon juiced (about 1 Tbsp)

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

1/4 tsp black pepper

Blend all ingredients together until a homogenous vibrant green! Thin with a few tablespoons of water depending on the desired consistency (thicker for veggie dip, thinner for salad dressing). You can use regular plain yogurt instead of greek yogurt, but the consistency will be thin so do not add any water. This is a great way to get more herby-goodness into your life!
